Helping women find clarity beyond the noise

Hi, I’m Inita.
I am a Qualified Life Coach and a Strength-Based Practitioner, with a focus on neurodiversity and inclusive practice. I have also completed Train the Trainer training in this space, supporting others to better understand and work with different ways of thinking and processing. I am a registered practitioner and member of the Positive Psychology Guild, and I bring these foundations into my coaching in a practical, grounded way.
I work with women who are thoughtful, capable, and often holding a lot together…
but internally feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.
And I understand that space—because I’ve been there too.
Over the years, I’ve found myself questioning things many of us quietly carry:
Why do I feel stuck when I know I’m capable of more?
Why does everything look fine—but not feel right?
What am I actually meant to be doing?
More recently, I went through a period of reflection—questioning direction, purpose, and what truly matters. Not from a place of crisis, but from a deeper awareness that something needed to shift.
That experience brought me back to what I believe in most:
Understanding yourself changes everything.
The way I work
I bring a strong foundation of experience in:
Life Coaching
Strength-Based Practice
Neurodiversity and inclusion (Train the Trainer level)
Supporting individuals in understanding how they think, work, and show up
I’ve also spent years working across international environments, supporting people, teams, to grow, adapt, and navigate complexity.
My work is grounded, practical, and deeply personal.
My approach combines evidence-based coaching with a deep understanding of neurodiversity and, where appropriate, intuitive tools to help you access clarity beyond just logic.
I combine:
Strengths-based neurodiversity approach
Positive psychology foundation
Real-world leadership and corporate experience
Understanding how your brain works (including neurodiversity)
Reflective and intuitive tools
Not as separate things—but as one integrated approach.
Because sometimes:
Logic alone isn’t enough
And neither is just “following your intuition”
Real clarity comes from bringing both together.
